Hi.

I have a scenario to uninstall current version of OMS (12.1.0.1) and reinstall 12.1.0.3 into new filesystem. What would be appropriate steps to begin with. As per my understanding, I would follow below.

1. Remove all targets and host from the monitoring list in OEM

2. Remove agents from each of the host identified as target list

3. Remove OMS from management server

4. Remove agent from management server.

5. Setup 12.1.0.3 OMS and agents freshly along agents on identified hosts above

Would following above would be the appropriate steps.

Along with this i was thinking if below was possible.

Instead of following step2, can I put the agent in blackout, upgrade the agent to 12.1.0.3 after setting up OMS and agent in step 5 and then adding back the host to the list of monitoring targets.
