Creating a Report URL that is Linking to a CRM Record

 Hello Everyone, 

I would like to ask if you have experience in creating a custom web link on a report that navigates directly to its corresponding CRM OD Record. 

We created an Activity Id with the below custom web link for Activity."Activity ID"

This is only the first step that we are trying to do but we want the record to Navigate to an Appointment or Task Page Layout.
