Non Opm vs Opm Organization

Hi;

We have scenario that we receive stock in non opm org and perform quality (discrete) at receiving, but manufacturing org is opm org. Issue we are facing is that when we transfer stock from non opm to opm org it ask to define price default value. In this case price will be fixed and not moving average on the basis of receiving against PO.

What would be the best option to handle so that we have moving average of stock on manufacturing org.

Shall convert non-opm org (stock/ing) to opm org, will in this way problem of average will be handled. This will be major activity if go for this.
