Not able to Import in Admin Webservice-Outbound Web service

 Hi All,    I am using Siebel open UI. While importing a Web service in Out Bound webservice, I am not able to import the file.I am able to select browse the file.After selecting the file, Its not showing the file Path.

Any Suggestion?Any other way to import ?
