Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Can a change in Approval status of a Planning unit trigger a business rules - Planning 11.1.2.3

Hi,

I'm fairly new in Planning implementation so I was wondering if I could create a business base on approval process change. Something like this:

If approval status is Approved then copy data fro version Working to Version Final and then extract data
