Recurring Journal Entry Error SHRD0005: Error executing SQL statement
Hello All,
A Recurring journal was generated and failed with “SHRD0005: Error executing SQL statement”. Determined this to be for a CCID not found on a particular recurring line. Determined that the ‘assigned_code_combination’ field on the gl.gl_recurring_line_calc_rules does not match the CCID on the gl_code_combination table. The ccid’s referenced in gl.gl_recurring_line_calc_rules did not exist in production (except for the INTR segment which is used with ALL the lines for this recurring journal).
New CCID’s were created on 1/6/14 with the execution of the Add/Delete Summary Accounts (GLSTPM). Logs show that 1812 CCID’s were deleted and 1812 added on that particular date.
