Problem Description

During applying patch 15908729:R12.AP.B  the adpatch stuck at the following:-

There are now 182 jobs remaining (current phase=A7):
   18 running, 0 ready to run and 164 waiting.

Completed: file zxditaxapplipkgb.pls on worker  2 for product zx  username ZX.
Completed: file zxmirecdmsrvpvtb.pls on worker 15 for product zx  username ZX.
Completed: file zxmwrecdmsrvpubb.pls on worker 17 for product zx  username ZX.
Completed: file OEXFHPMB.pls on worker  8 for product ont username ONT.
Completed: file zxifsrvctypspkgb.pls on worker 25 for product zx  username ZX.
