Hello team,

On performance management module, here's a scenario of how our appraisals work,

1. There are 3 parties involved:

1.Appraisee  2.Main Appraiser 3.Final Approver

The appraisal is initiated by the main appraiser who enters score for appraisee and shares with appraisee.

The appraisee reviews his appraisal and comment if comfortable with scores. He sends back to main appraiser.

The main appraiser then sends the appraisal to the final approver after he must have entered the "readiness level" field which is populated as "Recommended for promotion" e.t.c

The approver gets the appraisal but DOES NOT see the readiness level field because it wasnt enabled for his view.
