Dear Oracle,
I have done a new database on windows 2008 r2, source files from a standby database.
The new database can be opened, but with some issues.
1. one of logfiles cannot be renamed. All others are ok. Since Oracle home is different in the new server. I had to rename all datafiles\logfiles\tempfiles.
sys user on mount,
SQL> alter database rename file 'D:\ORACLE\ORA11GR2\ORADATA\MPSB2_SDB\SL02.LOG' to 'C:\ORACLE\ORA11GR2\ORADATA\MPSB2_SDB\SL02.LOG';
ORA-01511: error in renaming log/data files
