Report to display prices for customers against all entity roles SP, SH and PS

Hi All,

I have to develop a report wherein the required output is to display all the prices for a customer against any item. This is basically required to the customer care dept. when they are in contact with the customers and could tell them how much they would be charged for an item.

The report should display all prices along with adjustments viz., freight, any fees, discount etc. on that customer based on Sold to (SP), Ship to (SH)and Parent Sold to (PS) as they can have prices on all the entity roles.

Please find the attachment, The table should have the heading as per the excel.
