Which R12.1.1 media pack for 11.5.9 upgrade to R12.1.1 ?

We are upgrading from  11.5.9 9.2.0.6 db to R12.1.1 10.2.0.5 db on 32bit RHEL4 - Before the installation, need to use the Rapid Install wizard to lay down the file system and install the new technology stack for Release 12.1.1.

To install the R12.1.1 software bundle to create the staging area, out on https://edelivery.oracle.com/EPD/Search/handle_go   ,     I see 2 media packs for Relese 12.1.1 for Linux x86 to download from  : R12.1.1 media pack for Linux x86, and, 
 R12.1.1 UPDATE  media pack for Linux x86..

Which one should I be using ?

Please advise .
