Creating document for Intercompany Single Batch Entry Integrator - blank LoV

Hi

I am trying to create a document for Intercompany Single Batch Entry Integrator. When I select the Intergrator and click next the following screen as me to 'Choose an Initiator Organization' but the LoV is blank which prevents me from proceeding. Please see attachment.

Any help gratefull received.

Version is 12.1.3
