Intimation to Buyer through Pop Up for the Approve Purchase Requisition ?

 Dear All, 
Hope you are doing well. 

I am on implementation and we have a requirement form the client to intimate a buyer though a pop up notification for all the Approved Purchase Requisition. 

Once the Requisition gets approved the system will automatically intimate the Buyers the Requisition gets appproved ? 

How it can be possible ?
