Siebel CRM Desktop Modify just once time per day, is possible to set?

We would like to know if is possible and how to Set the sync on Siebel CRM Desktop one or two times per day, not every 10 Mins, 20 Mins, 30 Mins
The mean idea is not to sync all workstation at the same time, but just set the sync once or two times per day
