Are there any Instructions for installing Oracle Developer Suite on Windows 7

Are there any specific instructions that need to be followed to install Oracle Developer Suite on Windows 7 32 bit?  I seem to remember that there are but I can't find any of the documentation that I thought I had.  I have done it a long time ago and don't remember what I had to do to make it work.
