How to identify a Candidate Sequence to increase its cache value? Any metrics or values indicate thi

Hi,
We might see "row cache lock" which are caused due to contention on Sequences. After this problem we tend to increase the cache size of the sequence. Are there any metrics / values that we can monitor to identify the ideal candidates for increasing the cache?
