Multi Level Grouping Not Working in Oracle EBS 12.1.3 for a XLS Template.

EBS (12.1.3) Concurrent program generates XML correctly but the output view with Excel is not correct. It works correctly if i use the same XML and load it into XLS template using Template Viewer on the Local Machine BI Publisher (11.1.1.7).
