Urgent: 1099 Forms PDF Format completes with error

Hi Gurus,

 We updated some suppliers with tax payer id, tax type, organization type. Ran the program 'Update Income Tax Details Utility' in update mode for all suppliers. When we run the '1099 Forms PDF Format' for all suppliers/single supplier, the program completes in error and 1099 is not generated.

Earlier when the utility program was not run, we could successfully generate 1099 PDFs. 

I've checked Sysadmin->System Administration-->Concurrent->Programs->1099 Forms PDF Format -> request tab -> Operating Unit Mode='Single'

For my user the profile option  'ICX: Numeric Characters' is updated to '10,000.00'

Can you please advise?
