Hi : This thread will address your following issue
every time we apply this patch 8639532 we get below error:
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
au resource OEXOEADJ.pll
au resource OEXOECFG.pll
au resource OEXOEFRM.pll
au resource OEXOELPM.pll
au resource OEXOESCR.pll
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

Solution from the below thread did not resolve the issue
