Is there a way to only show items/notify managers for transactions over 30 days old on the Credit Ca

We run the Credit Card Outstanding Transactions Management (Aging) Report weekly and send out emails to Managers and the Employees.  I currently have the parameters set for bucket1 = 45, bucket2=60 and bucket3=90.  So, the report output has a bucket which shows 0-45 day old transactions.

The Managers do not want to receive the report if their employees' transactions are within the 0-45 days.  Thus, only wanting to be notified if the employee has not processed transactions older than 45 days old.

Is their a way to change the starting point of the bucket1 to be 45 instead of zero so those recent transactions are not shown on this report and manager are not notifed if the employee has only current transactions?
