OEM CLoud12c reporting of AWR info?

My customer has tasked me with generating AWR reports for a given database and then 'publishing' the report to "Enterprise Manager Information Publisher Reports Website" where anyone who was interested could review the report.
Information Publisher (IP) is being de-appreciated in 12c.
Bi Publisher is to be taking its place

Questions -
1. Is it possible to do a customize report of the AWR info using  IP or BI Publisher? I have reviewed the canned reports and it does not look promising.
2. Does Bi Publisher have a reporting Website to publish reports like IP?
