OTL Timecard Layout Customization

 Hi,
I was custmizing the OTL Timecard layout to add a new column after "Additional Details", but even after giving the correct sequence number, the new column got added after the "Type" column, instead of "Additional Details". Is there any limitations that does not allow us to add this column at the mentioned place?

Please Help!!
