Configuring Delegated Administrator happens nothing

 Hi,

As a part of configuring Communication Suite I am at configuring delegated administrator. I am following the steps given here https://wikis.oracle.com/display/CommSuite7U5/Communications+Suite+on+a+Single+Host+(Linux)#CommunicationsSuiteonaSingleHost(Linux)-ConfiguringDelegatedAdministratorandCommunicationsCLI
 
At the 6th step I have chosen option "1" which is "configure now". Then it happens nothing. Neither quits nor completes. It just shows the below text and nothing happens further :
