Applet Level Caption Modification

 Hi All,     I am new to Siebel Open UI. I have installed local to strat configuring applets.My requirement is to MAke lables in Bold and Red.
I am not able to find where to change for this in OPEN UI.
How to find out which CSS or JS file i need to modify?
From Google crome, i can get the Caption of Field.


Where to get js files and CSS file for respective applet?
After modification, how can i test in local?
I am follwing Configuring Sibel OPENUI giude from oracle.I am not getting the exact process.
