Default Item description from Item Keyflexfield

Hi,

We are using 4 segments in Item Keyflexfield and each segment having the list of values with appropriate description.

While creation of new item using item key flex field, system by default need to capture description from based LOV values in ITEM DESCRIPTION filed. How to achieve
