Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

in 12c, is it possible to manage PDBs with Oracle Enterprise Manager Express ?

How to find its URL ?

When I run select dbms_xdb_config.gethttpsport() from dual; on a PDB it returns no row.
