Webcast announcement: Using the new My Oracle Support Community Platform

in SPARC Legacy servers (MOSC)
Dear community members,
I'd like to introduce an upcoming webcast which will give you an overview over the new MyOracleSupport community platform.

We are offering a wide schedule along with multiple languages (English, French, Mandarin, Portugese and Spanish sessions are available) .

This presentation includes a basic overview of My Oracle Support Community, including community terminology, setup profile and preferences, searching and posting questions, replying to posting and using the notification features. This series will provide a walk through of the new features available. Duration: 30 min.
