Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Field Service - EBS (MOSC)

R.12.1.3: Logistics Error when processing (entering) lines.

Hello Team,

We just recently upgraded to Oracle 12.1.3 and are encountering the below sequence of errors when processing / entering Logistics Lines:

'In others exception [ORA-01086: savepoint - UPDATE_PRODUCT_TXN_PVT never established in this session or is invalid'

ORA-06512 at 'APPS.CSD.PROCESS_PVT' line 4958

ORA-06510: PL/SQL Unhandled User defined exception]

What is odd is that despite this error, the Sales Order / RMA header does indeed get created on the OM side, less the lines.

Looks like one of the APIs is not performing the intended functionality of passing on the entire data from CSD to OM.

If someone has faced a similar issue, please lend some insight so we can delve further.
