Modified Dates not getting propagated to the Manual Buy Shipment

We have a Manual-Buy Shipment, having Cost Fixed and Service Time check-box CHECKED. On receiving an Order update with the modified DATES, the changes are not propagating to the Shipment. Can anyone advise me the reason behind this?
