Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Remote database SYSDBA connection with OS client authentication

Hi,

is there a way, secure or not secure, to "connect / as sysdba" (with TWO_TASK) on a remote database from sqlplus on a Linux OS client ?

In other words, connecting SYS as SYSDBA remotely without giving password (OS authent).

The database version is 11.2 and the client version is 10.2 or 11.2.
