Patch 10111967 & pre-requisites

Hello,
I have run Patch Wizard to identify patches required to bring our 11.5.10.2 instance to recommended support levels and I have a question regarding one of the patches & its pre-requisites.
The patch is 7666112 (Oracle Inventory and Receiving (PO): Release 11.5.10, Rollup Patch 14 ). I'm aware this has been superseded by 10111967 (Rollup Patch 23) so have been investigating applying this instead and therefore analysing its pre-reqs.
The first point to make is that this patch is for the Inventory product which we only have as Shared, not Licensed – so we don't use the functionality directly although I do realize we still need to apply the patch for support reasons.
