Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. can any one provide the manual database creation in 12c? also pfile parameters?

is this required to create plugable database in 12c and if we create plugable database then do we use cdb or pdb for customoer information?

what are the post scripts need to run 12c?
