Setting up E-Business Tax

We have a lot of e-business tax setups and data to load for go live.  Is there any way to lessen the burden that creating a technical conversion program(s)?  Has anyone used data loaded to load data or setups into e-business tax?  Any other tools that may help?

Is there anything in the works with product development to provide assistance in this area?

FYI>>>>> This is not a new implementation.  Rather an upgrade where e-business tax is also being implemented.
