Ct can't bring up OMS after applying PSU 12.1.0.3.1 patch 17513525 (SR 3-8412085941)

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has seen this problem after patching. Apparently there are some invalid objects which may be the reason.

SR  3-8412085941 has attachments which I can try to upload here.
