unable to re-assign the notifications for Appraisals

Hi everyone,

we are running on 12.1.3 full hr instance and wpm is implemented. while trying to re-assign appraisal from wf status monitor, we get an error like ":" ORA-20002: 3130: Activity 'HR_APPROVAL_NTF_PRC:HR_APPROVER_NTF' is a voting notification and cannot be re-assigned. ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_ENGINE", line 5931 ORA-06512: at line 1 ".

we reviewed MOS doc id 1536526.1 and followed workaround which is written in it. but still we cannot go through this error.

Any usefull ideas ?
