do i have a licence for diagnostic and tuning packs?

Hi

We use versions of 10g and 11g of oracle on various servers, can you let me know how i can find out if we are licenced to use the diagnostics and tuning packs please, we use enterprise edition of oracle and i'm 99% certain we have the pack licence but do you know if i can confirm this? Our CSI number is 13903152
