How to restrict using master org in PO Shipments ?

Hi;

the list of value in the field "Org" In the PO shipment contains  Master Org and all Org in wich the item in related PO line is assigned.

Is -it possible to remove Master Org  from this list of value to prevent using this Org in PO shipments ?
