RACcheck to be Renamed to ORAchk in Version 2.2.4

RACcheckers:
In response to your feedback, Oracle developed the Oracle Configuration Audit Tool, ORAchk. The updated tool will replace the popular RACcheck in version 2.2.4 to support a wider range of products.  Prioritization of the additional products was based on the top issues reported by our users. ORAchk will include coverage of Oracle Database, Sun Systems, and EBS Financials Accounts Payables checks. The ORAchk framework provides for these products and extends coverage to other product lines.  For existing RACcheck users, the overall functionality of the tool will be the same.  This is simply a name change of the tool to reflect
