Anyone have an OTO not override.

We have an employee whose previous payroll was deducted $139.05 through a pretax medical DBA.  The enrollment was incorrect as the amount should have been $44.85 so we owed the employee $94.20.  Payroll sought to correct this using an OTO for the next pay period.

For this pay period, Payroll applied the $94.20 we owed against the appropriate DBA deduction of $44.85 and entered an OTO for -$49.35.  This is the credit amount owed back to the employee.

After running pre-payroll, the pay register (R073012) was checked and it was discovered that the system took the $49.35 OTO credit, applied the standard deduction of $44.85 and net credited the employee $4.50.

Howdy, Stranger!
