Get a message JAS_MSG347 when inquiring P09200 (Account Ledger Inquiry)

I have a user that inquire mostly the P09200 for a specific account : xxxx.yy.zz and Ledger type 1 = AA, Ledger Type 2 = CA, From Date = 01/12/2013, Thru Date = 31/12/2013. When the user hit "find" button, the result take more than 2 or 3 minutes, and that results a jas error (JAS_MSG37). After investigating on the issue, I found note ID 1064582.1 explain that, a parameter should be changed in JDBJ.ini ex.

resultSetTimeout=300000
In our system the default value "resultSetTimeout=60000"
What I discover after doing more tests, if I do the same inquiry by using my group "CNCADMIN" I get the result less than a minute, and no error message but If I do the with the same group as the user assigned to "
