Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What tables/views to consult to have informations about lifecycle of a database : Each patchset applied and date ?

Informations about all upgrade operations of the database , versions,historic of Oracle Kernel modifications ...
