R12.13 : MTL_TRANSACTION_ACCOUNTS transactions unusable.

Hi ,

We recently upgrade the instance to R12.1.3 .     After ugrade all MTL_TRANSACTION_ACCOUNTS_XX indexes are going into unusable status frequently.    We need to rebuild the indexs everytime and it takes around 24 hours to rebuild all the the 21 indexes.

Can you please let us know , why these indexes go into unusable stage and how to avoid it
