ADI uploads not working since PC upgrades

We are EBS 12.1.3,

PCs that were recently upgraded to Windows 8 and Office 2010 are all giving 'Connection to the server is unavailable' when trying to upload from Excel to EBS.  We have checked the VBA  and Macro settings in the excel Trust Center, checked that IE has eBS as a trusted site, that the allow status bar updates via scripting is enabled etc.  But they are still unable to upload.  Users who have not been upgraded from XP and Office 2007 do not have issues.  Has anyone seen this and if so, do you have suggestions?  Thanks in advance for any information
