"Non or Late Payment" LE should end date CQB end date?

 Hi,

Does the processing of "Non or Late Payment" LE should end date the Cobra Qualified Beneficiary screens Cobra coverage date?

For example:

Cobra start date: 08/01/2012

Cobra End date:  01/31/2014

If payment is not done for the month sep'2013, then Non or Late Payment LE is detected on the record. When processing of this LE, should the CQB screen's end date should be updated to 08/31/2013 instead of 01/31/2014?
