What are the possibilites to have last updated by sys admin at discreet job level

Hi,

I want to know What are the possibilites for last updated by sys admin at discreet job level...When the job has been closed by closed discrete job program(scheduled at sys admin level) then we can see last updated by sys admin..Apart from what are the possiblities to have sys admin update at discrete job level..Can anyone list out ?
