Adding Bank Account

After adding a  new operating unit (organization), when attempting to add the bank account the operating unit is not listed. How do I get to see the new operating unit listed.

N>Setup>Bank Accounts>Create < new operating unit is not listed. Do i need to add it somewhere else before it is listed here?
