7410 cannot injoining cluster

I have a 7410 cluster ,the cluster only one node running, want to another node2 join the cluster, but cannot injoining the cluster, when I power on the node2,the cluster card in pcie5 light not bright,  I also run factory reset, also connot  join cluster,anyone can help me,thank you

the system firmware is 2010.08.17.4.2,1-1.37
