Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Oracle Weblogic Server (MOSC)

Console accessible on my computer but not the server

I am new to weblogic and need some help I am able to access the console on my computer, via servername:xxxx\console but on the server I can not get to it via Localhost:7004

My production enviroment work fine, I can get to the localhost:xxxx and on my computer via servername.

I walked though the set up and dont see any differences, I am leaning towards something in the Window 2008 server side but not sure what that would be.

Any ideas???
