Change Default Tax code for Withholding tax - payables colombia tax

Hi,

I am trying to setup withholding taxes for Colombia using the "Oracle Financials for Colombia User Guide Release 11i Part No A81222-03.

Though this is a R12 instance I am using this as I understand that there is no change w.r.t to withholding.

I am stuck at the place where it asks me to "change the default tax code INC_SERV to INC_PURCH " .

Where do I see the default tax codes? It picks up the primary tax code defined in the supplier applicability for the tax type and uses it.

Is there a way I can specify the tax code on a line/distribution ?
