Invoice Amount is different with distribution amount

Dear Communities,
I have payable invoice issue, the invoice amount is different with distribution amount, the status in invoice item line is cancel.
I tried to add the line to input same amount with distribution but the new item button is disabled.

Because of this issues we can not closed for december period. please advice
